Getting Closer

It was just an average day. I was driving past the same road I drive everyday, but was struck by natures beauty. Fortunately, I'm the girl that's usually armed with a camera.

This guy just looked so lonely, standing in this field alone with the sun setting just behind him. It was really attractive. After shooting this for a while, I noticed this guy at my feet.

I was sure that the Yucca was going to fill my frame this week for EP Project 52's theme of "Closer" - and now I'm down in a field shooting a common weed. But in all honesty... I've never shot one of these. Any time I thought of it, it was always super windy. So...enjoy a few of my frame-filling beautiful weed.

We're a group for Photography Enthusiast and Professionals all teaching and learning through each other by photographing to a theme each week.
