Newborn sessions are ideally photographed between 5–10 days after birth, when babies are sleepiest and naturally curl into those signature newborn poses.

When should I book my newborn session?

We recommend booking during your second trimester to guarantee availability around your due date. Newborn sessions are ideally photographed within the first 5–10 days after birth, when babies are sleepiest and naturally curl into those classic newborn poses.

What if my baby is already born?

Don’t worry — reach out as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute availability. Babies older than two weeks can still be beautifully photographed with adjusted posing and styling.

Is my baby safe during the session?

Absolutely. Your baby’s comfort and safety are our top priority. Every pose is done gently and with intention. We follow baby-led pacing, allow time for feeding and soothing, and never force a pose that baby isn’t comfortable in.

Do we need to bring props or outfits?

No — everything is provided. You’ll have access to our curated collection of wraps, headbands, textures, and handcrafted newborn props.
If there is something sentimental you’d like included (a blanket, heirloom, or special item), you’re always welcome to bring it.

Can parents and siblings be included?

Yes! Our VIP Newborn Session includes family and sibling portraits. We’ll guide you on simple wardrobe choices that photograph beautifully and coordinate seamlessly with your baby’s session styling.

What should we wear for family portraits?

Neutral tones photograph best — creams, soft whites, muted earth tones, and light pastels. Avoid bold patterns or logos. Once you book, we’ll provide wardrobe guidance to help everything feel cohesive and timeless.

How long does the session last?

Newborn sessions typically last up to 2 hours, allowing time for feeding, soothing, and multiple setups. VIP sessions include additional time for family portraits.

When will we see our images?
