Faux Fun.
Saturday, August 24, 2013 | By: Daphne Ellenburg
Faux week. An entire week of the almost greatest things ever. When I thought about it, I really do enjoy a lot of Faux things. There is my faux sparkles, faux sugar, faux butter, faux feathers, a big giant faux handbag, and the faux 'stache . But on the other hand there is a long list of faux things that should never be like Faux Peanut butter (gross) and faux bacon and faux people ~ like the ones Bernadette saw on the beach. I like to think that having a few faux things laying around really makes us appreciate the real stuff just a little more.
Your faux list this week was fabulous. Some of your fakes were so real, I had to really stare at it and check it out. Great work and great fun. Thanks to everyone who took time out of their busy life to participate in this week's challenge!
Our top ten is always in no particular order. When you Love the photograph, check out the artist. The artist links are directly below the shot. Send them some LOVE. Here we go!

Week 35's theme is: "And then, I ate it."
For this week's theme, I tried a bunch of random things and immediately felt FAT. So I went with a fiber filled favorite laced with faux butter.
What's New with Daphne Ellenburg?
It's been a rediculously busy week for me. Fall rush and back to school are always a double whammy! It's getting up early and staying up late to catch up. By Friday, I'm near death being kept alive on a caffeine drip.
My baby girl started school this week. She wasn't even sad one bit. She's been wanting to follow her brothers to school forever and the day had finally come. Grant even walks her to class every day on the way to his. But he politely refuses to hold her hand.
Grant really likes it when his chocolate bar looks as cool as it tastes.
My Super baby tried to bend steel. He also took a few solo steps this week!
The new Vogue next month is extra Fat for maximum awesomeness.
My sign outside my new studio remains hollow - continuing to push back my grand opening celebration. Sad face.
I took this picture of me and Jefferson, just before I fell down the stairs carrying him to bed. Ouch. One extreme carpet burn and crying fit later (both of us) we're both fine, but I'm pretty sure I'll have some purple parts tomorrow.Yuck.
I though you'd enjoy this little gem. Unicorns rock.
Wishing you a GREAT week filled with family, fun and photography! Make is a wonderful week!
