Five.
Monday, May 26, 2014 | By: Daphne Ellenburg
Five is a great number for fingers and toes, for cookies and high fives, for flowers and weddings.
We saw some really fun fives this week. Great work looking hard for your unique Five.
This is Madison, she was very disappointed that I didn't let her eat all five of these cookies. Drama.
Our top ten is in no particular order. When you love the photograph, visit the artist. Chances are you will love more of their work. We love featuring our artists on our weekly blog. If you have a blog or a website that you would like to accompany your weekly post, just add it to your photo description. Here we go...

What's new with Daphne Ellenburg?
This week I am celebrating success for our new studio. We have hit our goal for the past 4 months in a row. {Quick knock on something wooden!} Every time I talk about it, I feel like it was a secret that slipped out. I'm really excited. We've been working so hard. I'm still afraid to let my guard down, keeping my nose against the grindstone. Trying hard to wow my clients. Learning how to market our studio....The work here seems endless but the rewards of feeling accomplished outweigh any shadows. We will celebrate this small victory all day and then it's back to working hard tomorrow.
We had a week of Graduates at the studio. Big ones.
and Small ones...
The studio beach was hit. Fun in the sun all day. No sunscreen required.
And I finally got around to photographing my own baby. Jefferson is 21 months this week coming. He's so handsome and curious. I hope he never loses the sparkle in his big brown eyes.
I finished off my Sunday with the beautiful girls from One Step Ahead studio. This the most loving group of girls, maybe ever. Every time I see them, no matter where I see them, they want a hug. And I'm all too happy to oblige.
Wishing you a wonderful Memorial Day holiday for our US friends. I am grateful for the freedom to worship where I choose, have as many children as I'd like with the man I love and to chase my dreams no matter how crazy they may seem. What freedoms are you most grateful for?
Have a GREAT week!
XoXoXo,
Daphne
