When I think about love, I always think about Corinthians: Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. 

Love is always optimistic and always has a glass that is half full. Photographing a feeling is always a challenge. It was fun to see so many takes on love and to get so many wonderful peeks into your special Valentine plans and gifts. It reminds me that we're not just a group of photography enthusiasts, we're a group of friends here. Thank you for that great part of the Project 52 experience! Week 8's theme is "Adventure" - that's right big, small, spontaneous or planned - we are rocking out adventure photos for Week 8 in Project 52.

And we all know that some of the best adventures, require a suitcase. Enjoy this shot of Brianna. Brianna is new to my camera, and was fantastic!

Shot in my "field of dreams" right outside my studio. Lit with a giant reflector that I like to position using my foot as a kickstand. I popped the dress with Viveza.  

What's new with Daphne Ellenburg?

It has been a fantastically full week around here! There was a very wet Mardi Gras that still yielded a plentiful haul of Moon Pies. Mardi Gras is about the Moon Pies in Mobile.

I accidentally ordered my husband the Swimsuit Issue for Valentine's Day. Yikes! Read about it here:

Attended an all girls valentine dance party. Can you find mine? {Yep, that's her}

And I've got a new friend for the weekend. {It's heavy, a few weeks with this guy and my arms will be killer!}
