My Dad Rocked.

When I think about Father's day...I miss my Dad. My Dad always had an ear for me. He had the biggest loudest mouth used for bragging about me. And most of all, he was my biggest fan. If I thought I could do something, he KNEW I could do it. I like to imagine him constantly wearing a bright red foam finger that said "Daphne #1" That kind of encouragement is priceless. He's been gone for Eleven years now. And even though he's gone, I know he's still watching over me...because he sent me this guy.
{I had no idea I was pregnant in this photo!}
Michael is a lot like my Dad. He's loud, passionate about his family, and he's my biggest fan. Now, when I think I can do something or want to try something, not only is he full on supportive but he comes up with the best way to get from A to B. He's not just my rock, he's the glue that keeps everything together. He makes my home happy and my heart full; and he can fix anything I break.
Father's day for me is about not only remembering, but about creating great new Fatherhood memories that my babe's will one day reflect on and smile.
Wishing you a day filled with the Laughter and Love of Family and the warm blanket of happy memories. Happy Father's day to you and to someone you love!
