Red

Red is one of my favorite colors. There is just no other color that is bold, bright and always POPS like red. I have red pops all over my home and it's in my logo and it's the color of my ceiling in the new studio. I just love RED. At Christmas, it's easy to fall in love with red ~ it's everywhere. But Red is one of those colors that is hard to get it to look like you want in camera without practice. Great job with making your Reds bold and fabulous this week!

What's new with Daphne Ellenburg?
Jefferson is 15 months old this month. Where did the time go? Just days ago he was serving pie in the bathtub.
And now he's reenacting Risky Business scenes for his sweet baby Doctor. They grow up so fast.
Michael had a wonderful birthday and I'm sure he was happy to be back in charge. We celebrated on the day before with cake, candles and gifts and then the day again with cake, candles and gifts. He said that he's aged 2 years in 2 days and that if he woke up 40 the next day, I'd never be in charge again. I love being in charge for my eight days. We reeled it in a little. I love birthdays.
So, I'm officially on vacation. For fun I let all the kiddies pack their own suitcases. The boys did pretty good - but Madison, lets say it's a good think I checked. It had 1 stuffed dog, one pair of hideous pink crocks and her hip hop dance gear. Where does she think we're going?
My trip through Florida was great. Low drama but it was along ride. We took our time and posed for shots along the way. I couldn't not shoot this.
Tomorrow I'm setting sail for Key West where I will yet again force my family to count Hemingway's six toed cats and consume as many things made from Key Limes as we can before we throw up. I love Vacation!
