Sweet has so many photography opportunities. It's one of those words that can be anything, like candy and cake or fruit. Or hand-holding, first smiles, birthdays and love notes. The possibilities are really endless. It's fun to photograph a tasty treat and I enjoyed seeing your Sweet Photography this week!

Our top ten is always in no particular order. If you enjoy the photography, click on the link below and send them some love. Pat them on the back. Photography is a challenge of dials and settings and opportunity. When you get it right, it just feels good. Congratulations to our featured photographers. Here we go...

ONE {The orange beach towel backdrop really sets this shot off! Great focus. Great color pop. Well done!}

Week 17's theme is "Something Old"

This week I had the pleasure of photographing Sweet Zoe. It's hard to believe she's been in front of my camera for three times this year already. This time she brought her Mom & Dad along. Dad had a handmade top for Zoe that his Mom was photographed in 60 years ago. I love when my families bring in something special to have included in their portrait. And Zoe's just cute as a button, she could have showed in a Burlap and rocked it right out.

17/52 Sixty and Loving it By Ellenburg Photography

What's New with Daphne Ellenburg?

After refusing to leave the house or cook a meal for my family, I finally finished my taxes. Then celebrated a bit.

Untitled

I worked a lot this week. Lots of editing and ordering...but made plenty of time to hold my sweet baby who still has NO teeth and is a bit spoiled.

Untitled

I started a diet...well an effort to reduce my carbs, but was defeated by Skittles this week. {Sad Face} There is always tomorrow to start again.

All in all it was a wonderful quiet busy week in Creola, Alabama. But I did finally make time to watch Argo. Great stuff.

Tip - this weekend Creative Live is hosting a workshop with Sal Cincotta. If you haven't checked him out. He's awesome. I picked up the course last night. I'm hoping to channel my inner Sal.

Wishing you a great week filled with family, fun and photography!
