Blue. It's a color. It's a feeling. This week it was also a hairstyle, a mailbox, a sweet treat, smoke and more. It was an adventure each day to see our great group of photographers on a photo safari for the perfect blue shot. You guys make this group amazing ~ with your focus and dedication to keeping the dust off your camera. There were so many GREAT shots this week. Big thanks to everyone who continually works this project into their super busy weeks.

Week 11 Blue By Catino Creations 

Week 12's theme is: FOCUS 

Focus is a fun theme - whether you find your focus in the lens or from the mind...we are bound to get a great mix of fun from our group.  

It's been 6 months now, since I had that bouncing baby boy. It's hard to believe it's been that long. And right now, he's VERY focused on his Feet. It was my perfect choice for this week's theme!

Shot in studio ~ here's a peek. I purchased his white fluffy  blanket just for this shoot. And his outfit was gift from my sweet Sig Kap Sister, Brandie. Love her - love this outfit. Outfit by Court's Collection. (Check her out, she makes some great things!)

Using my new fancy 85mm 1.8 ~ I really like it! Edited completely in Lightroom 4 using the Marcus Bell Silver Action ~ Ava Maria. It's my favorite. One click edit.  

What's new with Daphne Ellenburg?

Hmmmm....it's been a mixed bag of a week. Tried a new gum. It was just ok.

Replaced my boring calendar with this uber exciting one. That's right, 365 days of shoes!

Warning: this song will get stuck in your head. 

Cracked open my pig and bought a couple of lenses! The new 85mm 1.8 and the new 24-70mm 2.8 ~ and tested them out. Read about my kitchen test here.

Baby Jefferson's six month shoot was a smashing success! He's so darn cute.

It's been a great week filled with Ballerinas, babies, and Sue Bryce. My kind of week. Looks like next week is more of the same for me. Heaven.
