When I think it's good for you, food always comes to mind. I can always hear, "Eat it. It's good for you" pouring out of my Mother's mouth - fortunately these "Good For You's" were always laced with cheddar cheese. Mmmmm.
If I had to pick my favorite veggie, it would have to be Broccoli - I love it steamed, I love it raw.
This photo was edited in Lightroom 4.0, Photoshop CS5 and Viveza 2.0 - I only brightened the white and bumped the structure of the Florets.
And yes, then I ate it. Well, most of it. {Madison Helped.}
