Manly.

Manly. What could be more manly than a shoot 'em up birthday party for my baby's birthday? Grant is in the middle, and he's surrounded by his school pals and flanked on the end by big brother. These kids were super fun and well armed for the adventure. 4000 tiny plastic bullets, 24 sodas, 12 bottles of water, 3 pizza's and NO bandaids. A win! and I took a lot of photos.
I'm also quite partial to this one.
It was great going through your manly portraits this week. Our guys like a lot of stuff. Sports, Fishing, tools , Mustaches and toys. A well rounded mix for a super fun father's day week.
Our top ten is always in no particular order. When you enjoy the portrait, check out the artist. Artist information always follows each portrait. Here we go...

What's new with Daphne Ellenburg?
As it turns out, the worst part about turning 11-teen is the dreaded middle schools shots. Yep, Grant was not looking forward to it; but Mike and I made the best of it this week. Here are my favorite's from our Dr. Visit:
Madison turned my shower gel into a bubble party.
My big boys took the best portrait ever. And I printed it for Father's day.
I created some amazing business cards for one super Doctor. She's pretty fab. Hello Jackson.
I've got new gorgeous windows. I absolutely LOVE making these banners.
It was a huge Baby week at the studio. 4 babies, all boys. Ranging from 28 days to 4 months. A real treat for me. And I was only pee'd on twice. :-)
I ended the week at the beach. For work not for fun, but I did have plenty of fun while I worked.
I brought along the best reflector holder I could find and then I took him to dinner. Sure do love this guy.
And Father's day was a hit. I got Mike some really manly tools from the Home Depot and Madison wore her super cool Dad shirt all day.
It's nice to spend the day surrounded by the people you love, our parents, and our children. Father's day was pretty cool for this Mom too. Hope yours was too! Wishing you a wonderful week filled with family, Fun and photography. Make it a GREAT week!
XOXOXO,
Daphne
